การใช้บริการ KINSUB

โปรดอ่านข้อกำหนดนี้ก่อนใช้บริการ การใช้ KINSUB อยู่ภายใต้ข้อกำหนดนี้และกฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ หากไม่ยอมรับเงื่อนไข โปรดหยุดใช้บริการ โดยคุณสามารถจัดการข้อมูลหรือขอลบบัญชีตามตัวเลือกในแอปได้

1. ขอบเขตของบริการ

KINSUB เป็นเครื่องมือบันทึกและสรุปข้อมูลการเงินส่วนบุคคล แสดงรอบบิลและประวัติการชำระ พร้อมตัวเลือกค้นหาบริการจาก Gmail และแจ้งเตือนผ่าน LINE ข้อมูลในแอปมีไว้ช่วยติดตามรายการ ไม่ใช่คำแนะนำทางการเงิน การลงทุน ภาษี หรือกฎหมายเฉพาะบุคคล

การกด “ชำระ” เป็นการบันทึกสถานะใน KINSUB ไม่ได้โอนเงินหรือชำระให้ผู้ให้บริการ การเพิ่ม แก้ไข ลบ หรือปิดรายการใน KINSUB ไม่ได้สมัคร เปลี่ยนแพ็กเกจ หรือยกเลิกบริการจริง คุณต้องดำเนินการกับผู้ให้บริการนั้นโดยตรง

2. บัญชีและความปลอดภัย

ใช้บัญชีที่คุณมีสิทธิ์ใช้งาน ให้ข้อมูลที่ถูกต้อง และดูแลรหัสผ่าน บัญชี Google/Apple อุปกรณ์ และช่องทางรับแจ้งเตือนของคุณ ไม่ใช้บัญชีหรือข้อมูลของผู้อื่นโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต หากสงสัยว่าบัญชีถูกเข้าถึงโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต ให้เปลี่ยนข้อมูลความปลอดภัยกับผู้ให้บริการบัญชีและติดต่อเรา

3. รายการ ราคา และยอดประมาณการ

คุณเป็นผู้ตรวจสอบชื่อรายการ จำนวนเงิน วันครบกำหนด รอบบิล และสถานะการชำระ ข้อมูลแคตตาล็อกอาจเปลี่ยนตามประเทศ ช่องทางซื้อ โปรโมชั่น ภาษี และแพ็กเกจ การแปลงเงินตราเป็นยอดประมาณการ ซึ่งอาจต่างจากเรทและค่าธรรมเนียมที่บัตรหรือธนาคารเรียกเก็บ ให้ใช้ใบแจ้งหนี้และยอดตัดเงินจริงเป็นข้อมูลอ้างอิงในการตัดสินใจ

ยอดรวมและยอดคงเหลือคำนวณจากรายการและการตั้งค่าที่มีในแอป จึงอาจไม่ตรงกับยอดเงินในบัญชีธนาคารจริง โปรดตรวจรายการก่อนนำข้อมูลไปใช้งาน และสำรองข้อมูลสำคัญผ่านช่องทางที่แอปรองรับ

4. Gmail และการแจ้งเตือน

การค้นหา Gmail เป็นตัวเลือกที่ต้องอนุญาตแยกต่างหาก และค้นหาเมื่อคุณสั่ง ผลการค้นหาเป็นข้อเสนอให้ตรวจสอบ ไม่ยืนยันว่าบริการยังใช้งานอยู่หรือว่ามีการเรียกเก็บเงินจริง คุณต้องตรวจรายละเอียดก่อนบันทึก สามารถเลือกบริการเองและถอนสิทธิ์ Gmail ผ่านบัญชี Google ได้

การแจ้งเตือนขึ้นกับการตั้งค่า การเชื่อมต่อ และระบบของอุปกรณ์หรือผู้ให้บริการ อาจล่าช้าหรือส่งไม่สำเร็จ จึงควรติดตามวันครบกำหนดจากผู้ให้บริการจริงด้วย การปิดแจ้งเตือนหรือยกเลิกเชื่อม LINE ไม่ได้ยกเลิกบิลหรือบริการที่สมัคร

5. ข้อมูลและความเป็นส่วนตัว

การเข้าถึง เก็บ ใช้ แชร์ และลบข้อมูล รวมถึงข้อมูลจาก Google อยู่ภายใต้ นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว และข้อจำกัดที่ระบุไว้ในนโยบายนั้น ข้อกำหนดนี้ไม่ได้ให้สิทธิ์ใช้ข้อมูล Google เพิ่มเติมจากสิทธิ์ที่คุณอนุญาต

คุณยังคงมีสิทธิ์ในข้อมูลและเนื้อหาที่คุณเพิ่ม และอนุญาตให้ KINSUB ประมวลผลข้อมูลเท่าที่จำเป็นสำหรับฟีเจอร์ที่คุณใช้ ตามนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว ให้เพิ่มเฉพาะข้อมูลที่คุณมีสิทธิ์ใช้ และอย่าส่งรหัสผ่านหรือ access token ในข้อความติดต่อช่วยเหลือ

6. การใช้งานที่ไม่อนุญาต

ใช้งานเพื่อการผิดกฎหมาย หลอกลวง หรือละเมิดสิทธิของผู้อื่น
เข้าถึงบัญชีหรือข้อมูลที่คุณไม่มีสิทธิ์ ข้ามระบบควบคุมสิทธิ์ หรือเผยแพร่ข้อมูลส่วนตัวของผู้อื่นโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
รบกวนระบบ ส่งสแปมหรือโค้ดที่เป็นอันตราย หรือสร้างภาระที่ทำให้ผู้อื่นใช้บริการไม่ได้

7. บริการภายนอกและสิทธิในแบรนด์

Google, Apple, Firebase, Gmail, LINE และบริการในแคตตาล็อกมีเงื่อนไขของตนเอง การสมัคร การเรียกเก็บเงิน การยกเลิก และการคืนเงินของบริการเหล่านั้นต้องติดต่อผู้ให้บริการโดยตรง ชื่อ โลโก้ และเครื่องหมายการค้าเป็นของเจ้าของแต่ละราย การแสดงใน KINSUB ไม่ได้หมายถึงการรับรองหรือเป็นพันธมิตร เว้นแต่ระบุไว้อย่างชัดเจน

8. ความต่อเนื่องของบริการและการหยุดใช้

บริการอาจหยุดชั่วคราวเพื่อบำรุงรักษา แก้ปัญหา หรือรับมือเหตุด้านความปลอดภัย เราอาจจำกัดการเข้าถึงเมื่อจำเป็นเพื่อป้องกันการใช้งานที่ละเมิดข้อกำหนดหรือกฎหมาย โดยพิจารณาตามเหตุและแจ้งเมื่อสามารถทำได้อย่างปลอดภัย เราไม่รับประกันว่าระบบหรือบริการภายนอกจะพร้อมใช้งานตลอดเวลา

คุณหยุดใช้บริการได้ และจัดการหรือลบบัญชีผ่านตั้งค่าตามขั้นตอนที่แสดง การลบแอปหรือล้างข้อมูลเบราว์เซอร์อย่างเดียวไม่ได้ลบข้อมูลที่ซิงก์ไว้ และไม่ได้ยกเลิกบริการภายนอก รายละเอียดการเก็บและลบข้อมูลอยู่ในนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว

9. สิทธิของผู้ใช้และการเปลี่ยนแปลง

ข้อกำหนดนี้ไม่ตัดสิทธิผู้ใช้ที่ได้รับความคุ้มครองตามกฎหมาย และไม่ยกเว้นความรับผิดที่กฎหมายไม่อนุญาตให้ยกเว้น หากพบข้อมูลผิดพลาดหรือเกิดปัญหาจากบริการ ให้ติดต่อเราเพื่อพิจารณาและแก้ไขตามข้อเท็จจริงและกฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ

Terms of Service

Please read these terms before using KINSUB. Use of the service is subject to these terms and applicable law. If you do not accept them, stop using the service; you can manage your data or request account deletion through the options in the app.

1. Scope of the service

KINSUB records and summarizes personal financial information, billing schedules and payment history, with optional Gmail discovery and LINE reminders. Its information helps you track records and is not individualized financial, investment, tax or legal advice.

“Pay” records a payment status in KINSUB. It does not transfer money or pay a provider. Adding, editing, deleting or disabling a KINSUB record does not subscribe to, change or cancel the actual service. You must take those actions directly with that provider.

2. Accounts and security

Use an account you are authorized to use, provide accurate information, and protect your password, Google/Apple account, devices and notification channels. Do not use another person's account or data without permission. If you suspect unauthorized access, update security details with your account provider and contact us.

3. Records, prices and estimates

You review record names, amounts, due dates, billing cycles and payment status. Catalog information may change with country, purchase channel, promotions, taxes and plan. Currency conversions are estimates and may differ from the exchange rate and fees charged by your card or bank. Use provider invoices and actual charges as the reference for decisions.

Totals and remaining-balance estimates use the records and settings available in the app and may differ from your actual bank balance. Review entries before using the information, and back up important records through the options supported by the app.

4. Gmail and reminders

Gmail discovery is optional, requires separate permission and runs when you request it. Matches are suggestions to review, not proof that a subscription is active or that a payment was charged. Check details before saving. You can choose services manually and revoke Gmail access through your Google account.

Reminders depend on settings, connectivity, devices and providers. They may be delayed or fail, so also track due dates with the actual provider. Disabling reminders or unlinking LINE does not cancel bills or subscriptions.

5. Data and privacy

Data access, storage, use, sharing and deletion, including Google data, are governed by our Privacy Policy and its restrictions. These terms do not grant additional permission to use Google data beyond your authorization.

You retain rights to the data and content you add and allow KINSUB to process it as necessary for the features you use, under the Privacy Policy. Add only information you are authorized to use, and do not send passwords or access tokens in support messages.

6. Prohibited use

Illegal, fraudulent activity or violations of others' rights.
Accessing accounts or data without authorization, bypassing access controls, or disclosing another person's private information without permission.
Disrupting the service, sending spam or malicious code, or creating load that prevents others from using it.

7. Third-party services and brands

Google, Apple, Firebase, Gmail, LINE and catalog services have their own terms. Subscriptions, billing, cancellation and refunds for those services must be handled directly with their providers. Names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Listing them in KINSUB does not imply endorsement or a partnership unless expressly stated.

8. Availability and ending use

The service may be interrupted for maintenance, troubleshooting or security incidents. We may restrict access when necessary to prevent use that violates these terms or law, considering the circumstances and providing notice when safe to do so. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of KINSUB or external services.

You can stop using KINSUB and manage or delete your account in Settings following the displayed steps. Removing the app or clearing browser storage alone does not erase synchronized data or cancel external services. Data retention and deletion are described in the Privacy Policy.

9. User rights and changes

These terms do not remove user rights protected by applicable law or exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact us about incorrect information or service issues so we can consider and address them according to the facts and applicable law.

When these terms change, we update this page and its effective date, and notify you of material changes or request additional consent when necessary. You can stop using the service if you do not accept updated terms.

10. Contact the provider

Service provider: KINSUB. Contact the administrator through in-app support or phirawat.40saenkaeo@gmail.com. Include relevant details about the issue and do not send passwords or access tokens.
