นโยบายนี้อธิบายการเข้าถึง การใช้ การเก็บ และการเปิดเผยข้อมูลใน KINSUB รวมถึงข้อมูลที่ได้รับจาก Google คุณเลือกใช้ Gmail และ LINE ได้โดยสมัครใจ การไม่เชื่อมบริการเหล่านี้ไม่ขัดขวางการบันทึกรายการด้วยตัวเอง

1. ข้อมูลที่ประมวลผล

2. การค้นหาบริการจาก Gmail

3. ข้อจำกัดการใช้ข้อมูล Google

การใช้ข้อมูลที่ได้รับจาก Google API ของ KINSUB ปฏิบัติตาม Google API Services User Data Policy และ ข้อกำหนด Limited Use รวมถึงข้อมูลที่ได้จากการประมวลผลข้อมูล Google

4. การเก็บข้อมูลและผู้ให้บริการ

รายการและการตั้งค่าถูกเก็บบนอุปกรณ์ เมื่อเข้าสู่ระบบ ข้อมูลบัญชีและข้อมูลการเงินที่บันทึกจะซิงก์กับ Google Firebase ข้อมูลตัวอย่างในโหมดทดลองเก็บบนอุปกรณ์ ผู้ดูแล KINSUB ที่ได้รับอนุญาตมีสิทธิ์เข้าถึงข้อมูลบัญชี ข้อมูลการเงินที่ซิงก์ และคำขอช่วยเหลือตามสิทธิ์ระบบ เพื่อสนับสนุนผู้ใช้และดูแลบริการ โดยข้อมูลที่มาจาก Google อยู่ภายใต้ข้อจำกัดในข้อ 3

เมื่อเชื่อม LINE ระบบใช้รหัสการเชื่อมบัญชี LINE และส่งชื่อรายการ ยอดเงิน วันครบกำหนด หรือสรุปรายรับ/รายจ่ายไปยังแชต LINE ที่คุณเชื่อม ตามการตั้งค่าของคุณ ไม่ส่งเนื้อหาอีเมล Gmail หรือโทเคน Gmail ไป LINE

5. ที่เก็บข้อมูลในเบราว์เซอร์

แอปใช้ที่เก็บข้อมูลบนอุปกรณ์ เช่น local storage และ session storage เพื่อจำรายการ การตั้งค่า สถานะลงชื่อเข้าใช้ และหน้าที่เปิด ผู้ให้บริการการลงชื่อเข้าใช้อาจใช้คุกกี้หรือที่เก็บข้อมูลของตน หน้า Privacy Policy นี้ไม่มีเครื่องมือวิเคราะห์หรือคุกกี้ติดตามโฆษณา KINSUB ไม่ใช้ข้อมูล Gmail เพื่อการติดตามโฆษณา

6. ระยะเวลาเก็บและการลบ

ข้อมูลรายการและการตั้งค่าเก็บระหว่างที่คุณใช้บริการจนกว่าจะลบหรือเปลี่ยนข้อมูล การลบบริการสมัครสมาชิกจะย้ายไปถังขยะและคงประวัติการชำระไว้ คุณเรียกคืนจากถังขยะให้กลับมาจัดรอบบิลในเดือนปัจจุบันได้ โดยเก็บประวัติชำระเดิม หากยืนยันลบถาวรในถังขยะ บริการนั้นจะหายจากถังขยะและเรียกคืนไม่ได้ แต่ประวัติการชำระเดิม ยังคงอยู่ในประวัติและปฏิทินเพื่อรักษายอดย้อนหลัง การลบแอปหรือข้อมูลเบราว์เซอร์อย่างเดียวไม่ลบข้อมูลที่ซิงก์ไว้ และไม่ยกเลิกบริการสมัครสมาชิกภายนอก

จัดการรายการ ล้างข้อมูล หรือลบบัญชีได้ในตั้งค่าตามตัวเลือกและคำยืนยันที่แสดง การลบบัญชีต้องยืนยันตัวตนและดำเนินการลบข้อมูลบัญชีหลัก ข้อมูลการเงินที่ซิงก์ และคำขอช่วยเหลือ หากทำไม่สำเร็จแอปจะแจ้งข้อผิดพลาด สำเนาบนอุปกรณ์อื่น ข้อความที่ส่งไป LINE และบันทึกของผู้ให้บริการอาจไม่ถูกลบทันทีหรือโดยขั้นตอนเดียวกัน การเก็บบันทึก/สำเนาของผู้ให้บริการเป็นไปตามนโยบายและข้อกำหนดที่เกี่ยวข้อง

ผลค้นหาและเนื้อหา Gmail ไม่ถูกเก็บเป็นประวัติใน KINSUB แต่บริการที่คุณยืนยันบันทึกจะคงอยู่จนกว่าคุณจัดการข้อมูลนั้น

7. การควบคุมของคุณและความปลอดภัย

แก้ไขข้อมูลและค่าการแจ้งเตือนได้ในแอป ยกเลิกการเชื่อม LINE ได้ในตั้งค่า และถอนสิทธิ์ Gmail ได้ที่ การเชื่อมต่อในบัญชี Google การปิดหน้าค้นหาไม่ใช่การถอนสิทธิ์ Google และการถอนสิทธิ์จะไม่ลบรายการที่คุณบันทึกไปแล้ว ติดต่อเราเพื่อขอเข้าถึง แก้ไข หรือลบข้อมูลที่จัดการเองไม่ได้

Privacy Policy

KINSUB helps you manage income, expenses, recurring subscriptions and payment history. This policy explains how KINSUB accesses, uses, stores and shares information, including Google user data. Gmail discovery and LINE reminders are optional; you can add entries manually without connecting them.

1. Information we process

We use this information to display and calculate your records, synchronize devices, deliver reminders you enable, provide support and maintain service security.

2. Optional Gmail discovery

When you choose to connect Gmail, Google requests the gmail.readonly scope. This permission covers reading your mailbox; it is not restricted to receipts. KINSUB filters for receipt, subscription and renewal emails in your chosen period, starting with one month and optionally extending to three months or one year. Gmail authorization is separate from your KINSUB sign-in account.

We read the authorized Gmail account address and matching email headers, snippets, bodies and dates to compare service names with our catalog and suggest subscriptions for your review. We do not download attachments, send email, or modify or delete messages. Searches run only when you request them.

On-device processing: KINSUB does not save email contents or Gmail access tokens to its application database or Firebase, and does not send them to AI services. Search results are temporary and cleared when discovery closes.

Confirmed entries: if you review and save a subscription, its suggested service name, together with the plan, price and payment date you select or enter, becomes your record. It is stored on your device and synchronized to Firebase when signed in, like a manually added entry. Its name may appear in LINE reminders if you enable them.

Email matches are suggestions, not proof of an active subscription or the actual amount charged. You review details before saving and can always choose services manually.

3. Google data and Limited Use

KINSUB's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. These restrictions also apply to information derived from Google data.

We use this data only for visible, user-selected features. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, credit or lending decisions, or train or improve general-purpose AI models with it. Gmail contents are not sent to AI. Transfers of Google data are limited to necessary user-consented features, security or legal requirements. Human access is limited to explicit consent for specific data, security or legal necessity, or aggregated anonymized data as permitted by Google's requirements.

4. Storage, access and providers

Records and preferences are stored on your device. Signed-in account information and saved financial records synchronize to Google Firebase. Preview data remains on your device. The authorized KINSUB administrator has system permission to access account information, synchronized financial records and support requests to support users and operate the service; Google-derived information remains subject to section 3.

Providers include Google/Firebase for accounts, hosting and data; Google or Apple for your chosen sign-in method; Google Gmail for authorized searches; and Cloudflare/LINE for optional LINE linking and reminders. Providers may process data in other countries according to their infrastructure and policies.

When LINE is connected, we use LINE account-linking identifiers and send record names, amounts, due dates or income/expense summaries to your linked LINE chat according to your settings. Gmail email contents and Gmail tokens are not sent to LINE.

5. Browser storage

The app uses device storage, including local storage and session storage, to remember records, preferences, sign-in state and navigation. Sign-in providers may use their own cookies or storage. This privacy page has no analytics or advertising-tracking cookies. KINSUB does not use Gmail data for advertising tracking.

6. Retention and deletion

Records and preferences remain while you use the service until you change or delete them. Removing a subscription moves it to Trash and retains payment history. Confirming permanent deletion in Trash removes the service from Trash and prevents restoration, while keeping previous payments in history and the calendar to preserve past totals. You can restore a subscription from Trash to resume scheduling in the current month while retaining previous payment history. Removing the app or browser storage alone does not erase synchronized data or cancel external subscriptions.

Manage records, clear data or delete your account in Settings, following the displayed options and confirmation. Account deletion requires identity confirmation and removes the primary account, synchronized financial data and support requests; the app reports an error if it cannot complete the operation. Copies on other devices, delivered LINE messages and provider logs may not be removed immediately or by that same operation. Provider logs and copies are governed by applicable provider policies and requirements.

Gmail contents and search results are not retained as a history in KINSUB. Confirmed subscription records remain until you manage those records.

7. Your controls and security

Edit records and reminders in the app, unlink LINE in Settings, and revoke Gmail permission through Google account connections. Closing discovery does not revoke Google's consent; revocation does not erase previously saved entries. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information you cannot manage yourself.

Online services use HTTPS and provider authentication/access controls. Keep your accounts and devices secure. No system can guarantee security in every circumstance. Information may be disclosed when legally required or necessary to address security incidents, subject to the Google data restrictions in section 3.

8. Contact and changes

Service provider: KINSUB. Contact the administrator about privacy at phirawat.40saenkaeo@gmail.com or through in-app support. Do not send passwords or access tokens in support requests.

We update this page and its effective date when our data practices change, and provide notice or request additional consent when necessary.
